As a Customer Success Administrator, your primary focus will be ensuring a seamless experience for clients by managing onboarding, follow-up communications, client records, scheduling, and administrative processes. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting both clients and team members.
A successful Customer Success Administrator enjoys helping people, staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring every client receives timely communication and support throughout their journey with Rise Up Benefits Group.
Client Onboarding & Support — Assist new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they receive the information, resources, and support they need.
Client Communication — Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and emails to maintain engagement, answer questions, and provide updates.
CRM & Record Management — Maintain accurate client records, update CRM information, track activities, and ensure all documentation is complete and organized.
Appointment & Calendar Coordination — Schedule appointments, send reminders, manage calendars, and help ensure a smooth client experience.
Administrative Support — Assist with reporting, data entry, workflow management, and other administrative tasks that support client success and operational efficiency.
Organization & Attention to Detail — Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Communication Skills — Professional written and verbal communication with clients and team members.
Customer Service Excellence — Strong desire to help others and create positive client experiences.
Technology & CRM Proficiency — Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, calendars, spreadsheets, and administrative tools.
