We're seeking a motivated and client-focused Licensed Benefits Advisor to join our growing team. As a Licensed Benefits Advisor, your primary focus will be educating and guiding individuals through their Medicare and health insurance options, helping them make informed decisions that best fit their needs and goals. We're looking for someone who is compassionate, coachable, and driven to make a meaningful impact while building a successful and rewarding career.

A successful Benefits Advisor enjoys building relationships, educating clients, conducting consultations, and providing exceptional service while maintaining compliance with Medicare and insurance regulations.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Conduct Client Consultations — Meet with prospective clients through scheduled appointments, assess their needs, answer questions, and provide personalized Medicare and health insurance guidance.

  • Educate and Empower Clients — Help individuals understand their coverage options, benefits, and enrollment opportunities so they can make informed healthcare decisions.

  • Build Trust and Relationships — Establish strong client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and exceptional service.

  • Follow Up and Serve — Maintain communication with prospects and clients, answer questions, and provide ongoing support throughout the enrollment process.

  • Achieve Performance Goals — Consistently meet activity, enrollment, and client service objectives while maintaining compliance and ethical business practices.

This position is fully commission based, but we provide everything you need to make $60,000 - $100,000 per year with pre-set appointments, a jam packed pipeline, and quality leads, with offers that are proven to work.
